Behaviour-change strategy
Salt and sugar, Ukrainian schoolchildren
Strategy, campaigns and PR support for brands, businesses and institutions. Kyiv, since 2005.
Let's talk01 / Facts
Communications for brands, businesses, donors and institutions in Ukraine. Through COVID and a full-scale war.
First PR podcast in Ukraine. First hackathon. First mommy bloggers campaign. We don't announce firsts. We make them.
professionals The International Public Relations Network (IPRN), our network across 30 countries.
professional bodies Hoshva PR is a member of the International Public Relations Network (IPRN), the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) and the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition.
communications agencies in Ukraine Advertiser's Choice 2025, All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition (VRK): 22nd–23rd of 89. One of two PR agencies in the ranking.
A placement matters if someone does something differently afterwards.
Every campaign we run starts with a behaviour brief: what should people think, feel or do differently? Then we build backwards from the answer. Reach tells you who heard. We also measure what they did next, wherever it can be measured.
02 / Approach
PR is the engine, not a support function. We look at business problems through a PR lens, then build narrative across every channel that earns attention.
We use behavioural science to understand how people decide. Then we design campaigns around that.
We don't hand over a brief and wait for magic. Clients, influencers, media, creators and end users work with us at brief, concept, testing, execution and distribution.
We don't have a favourite channel. We have a favourite outcome. Earned media, social, events, podcasts, products, communities: whatever the behaviour needs.
We didn't add AI to our process. We built the process around AI. A network of AI agents runs across research, content, strategy and measurement.
A Kyiv agency with a global talent network. International standards in every project. Kyiv is not a limitation. Some of our best thinking happened during a blackout.
03 / Services
Programmes, campaigns, activations and interventions: strategy and creative, designed around behaviour.
We run what we design. Publicity that gets the work seen:
Own and earned media management.
Expert advice at a fixed rate. One question, one answer, no retainer.
Speaking, workshops, training for teams and conferences.
04 / Where we work
Ukraine
Work inside Ukraine.
Behaviour-change campaigns with ministries, international organisations and programmes.
For international organisations, donors and partners making change happen: show the impact, bring more partners on board.
Success stories that matter. The right partners. Donors seeing their money at work. Coordination between organisations.
Entering Ukraine takes both sides: your home market and Ukraine's business scene.
We pair a PR partner in your country with our team in Ukraine. A partner at home who speaks your language and knows your goals. A team here who knows how to get things done.
Explain Ukraine's potential to your stakeholders. Find reliable partners. Build relationships in both markets.
Global
Work outside Ukraine, for Ukrainian companies and organisations. More on the Global page →
Going into new markets with local PR partners from the IPRN network, 30+ countries.
Tech PR for startups and product companies, aimed at top tech media.
Reaching Ukrainians in Europe, the UK and the USA.
Telling the story to international VCs and government buyers.
05 / Team model
No agency's permanent staff is the best in the world at everything. The ones who say otherwise are selling you the org chart, not the outcome.
Our core team knows your business, runs the process and holds the quality bar. Around it, specialists from our talent network are selected for your sector, your campaign, your moment.
Ukraine's communications talent is world-class, and much of it is now spread across Europe. We built that into the model instead of treating it as a gap.
You don't get a roster. You get the right people.

B2B · 2025
Electric vans for business
A new brand in a market where business buys what is proven. Nobody wants to be the first to try. So we spoke the buyer's language: cost per kilometre, range, warranty, working scenarios. "A smart choice for business in a country that is rebuilding."
PR support and social media, May to September 2025, no pauses. 8 posts and 12 stories a month.

B2B · 2023
Cement for business
Nobody buys cement because of an ad. They pick a supplier they can trust. So we showed scale and real sites. LinkedIn first, because that is where builders, developers and concrete producers are.
Three months: 20 posts on LinkedIn and Facebook with targeted promotion, two corporate news items, internal comms design, a corporate digest.

Brands
Laundry has no gender
PR support: image placements in gagadget, Vogue UA, LIGA and others, print in Forbes, Focus and L'Officiel. 110 mentions in 2023.
"Laundry has no gender": there is no women's or men's housework, and the new washing machine proves it. A photo shoot and interview with Volodymyr Dantes for L'Officiel, four opinion leaders on their own housework, a washing machine giveaway on LG's Instagram.
A second project, LG Styler and the capsule wardrobe, with Andre Tan in FW Daily. About 695K reach.
07 / Pricing
We agree upfront what success looks like. We price against that.
Projects run about 3, 6 or 12 months. Minimum engagement: 3 months.
